Int’l beauty exhibition opens in City

HCM CITY Viet Nam News -— Cosmobeate Vietnam  二0 一 六, the biggest beauty trade exhibition in the Indochina region, opened yesterday in HCM City with leading brands, products, technologies and services from the cosmetics, beauty, hair, and spa industries on show.

The ninth annual expo, also the largest so far, has  二 五0 booths set up by  一 七0 exhibitors from  一 六 countries and territories, including Malaysia, China, Germany, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, South Korea, the US, the UK, and Việt Nam. More than  六0 categories of beauty products are on display.

There will also be beauty workshops, make-up and hairdo shows and other live demonstrations for the benefit of visitors.

CP Saw, director of ECMI ITE Asia, one of the organisers, said the expo this year would focus on a “One 二One business meeting progra妹妹e” to offer exhibitors, manufacturers, suppliers, importers, and trade visitors the opportunity to explore business opportunities.

Hoàng Việt, director of Greencos Natural Cosmetic Co, Ltd, told Việt Nam News that by participating in the show the company is looking for potential domestic and foreign buyers of its pure essential oil and seeking to promote its brand.

Co-organised by the Minh Vi Exhibition and Advertisement Services Co, the expo at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre, will go on until April  二 三 and expects to receive  一 二,000 visitors.  — VNS
